Biochemistry and Cell Biology
''Biochemistry and Cell Biology'' is a bi-monthly, peer-reviewed journal published since 1929 by NRC Research Press. This journal explores every aspect of general biochemistry and includes up-to-date coverage of experimental research into cellular and molecular biology, as well as review articles on topics of current interest and notes contributed by recognized international experts. Special issues each year are dedicated to expanding new areas of research in biochemistry and cell biology.
Papers are loaded to the Web in advance of the print issue and are available in both pdf and HTML formats.
==Journal editor==
Editor James Davie is the Director of the Manitoba Institute of Cell Biology at the University of Manitoba and the Provincial Director of Research at CancerCare Manitoba. He holds a seven-year Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in chromatin dynamics and was recently listed by ISI Essential Science Indicators among the top one per cent of all biology and biochemistry scientists cited in the past decade.
